When I bought my condo, I was looking at a narrow window of time to find a property, close and move in or face paying heavy penalties for not moving out of my current building at the exact end of the lease agreement. Angie met with me and worked out what I was looking for. She devoted the next few days to showing me the properties that fit my criteria and within a few days we made an offer on my new home. All was going well and closing was a few days off when my bank informed me that they had "just realized" the building had more than 3 stories and the planned lender would not finance hi-rises. They could get me other financing but would not have it by the closing date. I was looking at a choice of moving my things into storage and living in a hotel for a week or so, or paying an additional 3 months rent in my building for the privilege of staying over a few additional days. Working with Angie was a pleasure! After sitting down for dinner one night at a local restaurant, I started writing down on my napkin exactly what I was looking for in the house I wanted to buy. Though we had already seen other houses, it wasn't until I truly wrote down and determined what I wanted did the pieces of the puzzle start to come together.
